Sebastian was adopted in April 2023. He joined a family that adopted an ARWOB pup named Moira (fka Mai) in July 2021. He also has a feline companion named Buscemi. Here is what his adoptive mom has to say about him:
"Sebastian is such a lovable and playful guy. He is the perfect addition to our family of rescues. He even looks exactly like a picture we have had over our mantle for over ten years! He loves snuggles, pets, and trying to eat everyone’s food. He has finally gotten Buscemi to play with him and Moira (our ARWOB pup) is warming up to him, the two of them even try to play, but they are both equally unsure of one another so it will take time. Thank you so much for helping us find this lovely boy."
Rosie (fka Strawberry) was adopted in December 2022. We received a very nice "pupdate" from her adoptive mom. It sure sounds like she is living her best life!
"She is Rosie now. We love her to bits. She does great with our other dog and family. We're looking into starting obedience training too. Rosie has tons of energy, but loves cuddles. She's the perfect addition."
Sundance (fka Sandia) was adopted from ARWOB in March 2021 and is living the best life with a wonderful family. Here is a lovely photo that we received.
Cinders (fka Sweets) was adopted a year ago in February 2022. Her adoptive mom sent us this adorable photo of her and let us know that she's doing great! We love hearing from adopters who are celebrating their fur baby's "gotcha date."
"Today as it’s the first anniversary of our adopting Sweets (aka Cinders)! She is such a sweet girl and we love her immensely. Everyone comments on how friendly she is! She seems quite content and happy here with us."
Maddy (fka Snowflake) was adopted in January 2016. Her adoptive mom recently sent us a fantastic "pupdate" and here is what she has to say:
"We adopted Maddy (aka Snowflake) about seven years ago. The first week we had her as a foster pup, she jumped up on the pillow behind me on the couch and placed her little paws and head on my shoulder and gave a big sigh. At that point, I knew it was meant to be! Maddy is a very special and incredibly intelligent girl. She knows how to rollover, twirl on her hind legs, ring a bell & clean up her toys by placing them in her toy box (all for treats). If she suspects a treat nearby, she will give you a “side-eye” look. She loves playing fetch and goes crazy over tennis balls. We have a tennis court nearby and she manages to find tennis balls hiding in the grass every walk we take. She watches the tennis players hit the ball back and forth. She’s very athletic and never turns down a game of “fetch the ball”. Her original ARWOB bio mentions she flings toys in the air and she continues to do this. She enjoys car rides with her Mini Pinscher/Chihuahua friend Chuey. We also take her on long road trips where she sleeps like a baby in my arms. She does something to make us laugh everyday and she loves to cuddle with us at bedtime. She is also a great guard dog and will ALWAYS notify us when someone is at the door making us feel very safe. I can’t imagine our family without her! She’s our perfect little Angel."
