Sweet Maggie (fka Magy) was originally adopted back in 2020. Unfortunately, her first adopter fell ill and had no choice but to ask ARWOB to take her back into our care in order to find her a loving forever home. Thankfully there is a happy ending to this story! In June 2024, Maggie found her forever home the second time around. We are so happy knowing she is living her best life with her new family. We can tell by the photos that Maggie is enjoying many new adventures -- check out her doggy hiking booties! Here is what her adoptive dad has to say about her:
"My partner Letty and I have loved having Maggie in our lives (we changed the spelling) . She is so loving and I think she realizes that she has her forever home. We love her more than anything."
Mazie and Miley were adopted together as a pair in January 2024. Their adoptive mom shared these adorable photos with us. They are doing really well and their new family absolutely loves them!

McIntosh was adopted in December 2023. His adoptive mom recently shared his progress with us. She told us that she has been working with a trainer, which we know will help Mac be the best he can be. She has told us he is maturing without losing any of his spunk and has filled out quite a bit. They are both adapting to every moment. She even shared his DNA profile and he has quite the mix, including American Pit Bull Terrier (38%), Supermutt (35.6%), German Shepherd (5.4%), Pug (9.1%), and Belgian Malinois (7.9%).
Pearl (fka Merlie) was adopted in November 2023 and she is loving life with her new family. Her adoptive mom sent this wonderful "pupdate" and all we can say is, sometimes foster failing is actually a good thing!
"Everything is going great with Merlie (now Pearl). She is the perfect pup for us and has settled in nicely. She's never had an accident in the house, doesn't bark without reason, hasn't torn up anything... she is perfect! She has let the local squirrels know she's in charge now and they are not welcome. This "foster fail" is truly a success story. Happy new year and thanks to all at ARWOB!"
