Darling

Darling (now know as Darla!), was adopted in September 2021.  Her family just sent us her Wisdom Panel with her DNA results.  What an amazing mix!

"We recently received Darla’s Wisdom Panel & wanted to share with you & Ellie. It turns out she is quite a mix! Who would have thought it would take so many different breeds to come up with such a perfect little dog for us? We had a good laugh & found it very interesting, especially the herding breeds. She loves to nip at our other dog, Simon’s back legs to get him to play with her. Now we know where that comes from! We want to again thank you & Ellie so very much for all that you did for Darla. We are just crazy about her!"

Dali

We received a fantastic "pupdate" about Rocko (fka Dali).  He was adopted in March 2021.  Here is what his adoptive mom has to say about him:

"I just wanted to let you know that Rocko (Dali when he was with you guys) is doing amazing. We are coming up on a year since we adopted him and we couldn’t love anything more than him. He has melted our hearts and he is so loved. We did go through a few dog training classes and he was pretty quick at picking it up. He is about 55 pounds now which was a little bigger than the guess when we got him but we still think he is the perfect size and the perfect dog. He is an amazing dog and we cannot imagine life without him! Thank you all for helping make our dream of owning a dog come true!"

Darling

We received a wonderful "pupdate" about Darla (fka Darling), who was adopted in September 2021.  Here is what her adoptive mom has to say:

"Darling (now Darla) is amazing! She is the sweetest little girl & gets along great with our cat & other dog. She is the social butterfly of the neighborhood!! We recently took her & our other dog on a vacation up to the central coast. They had fun at the beach & playing chase in the backyard of the house we stayed in. I will send some photos shortly. Thank you for Darla & the wonderful work that you do!"

Dali

Marlon (fka Dali) was adopted in August 2021.  He is living the life with his new family and is BFFs with his canine brother Bishop.  Here is what his adoptive mom has to say:

"Marlon (Dali) is doing fantastic! From the meet and greet we were so thrilled how well he got along with our dog Bishop, and they have become the best little buddies. He has mastered walking on the leash and learned sit (we are working on other commands) but he loves to follow his brother and just do whatever he does. He had gotten a little bigger, but we think it is just him filling out - the vet estimated his age as nearly 2 based on his teeth, which is great because Bishop is also that age. They spend the day playing and napping, on repeat."

Dottie

We received a fantastic "pupdate" about Newt (fka Dottie), who was adopted from ARWOB in June 2020.  Here is what her adoptive mom has to say about her:

"Newt (aka 'Dottie) is doing great! She's weighing in at 50lbs, and has a clean bill of health. She's incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves to cuddle. She loves bully sticks, playing tug, and destroying every dog toy as fast as she can. She's also a pretty anxious little pup, but we're working through it with professional help. She's most confident when she is around other dogs. This timid little dog struts around Fiesta Island like she owns the place! It's amazing to see how much her demeanor changes when there are other furry friends around. She goes to doggy daycare 3x a week, and the staff absolutely adore her."
