To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Kona!

UPDATE 5/29/21:

These pups are perfect medium size. They are currently in the 15-20lb range and will likely grow to be in the 40-55 pound range (likely in the mid 40s) as they are not very big right now for 3-4 month old pups. :) They are super social and friendly and just tooooo cute! They are fully vaccinated pups, who finished their series of vaccines. Their foster family lives in Alpine, but we can schedule meets in the Clairemont 92117 area.

UPDATE 5-22-21: Here is what Kona’s foster family has to say:

Kona is such a loyal companion and just wants all of the love and affection. He loves to play with squeaker toys and fetch. He is the largest in the litter. He is exceptional with small kids and dogs as well. (Kona is wearing the camo halter in the photos).

MORE INFO ABOUT THE TRIO OF SIBLINGS:

Kona, Kalua, and Brandy (a sibling trio) are just adorable and they all look alike! We believe they are a Dutch Shepherd/Lab mix and will likely reach 50 pounds when full grown. However, their range may be 45-65 pounds when they finish growing.
