Meet the Solfege family!
This adorable family of 8 was rescued from the streets of Ensenada, Baja in August. Solfege is an adorable mama dog who is Approx 3-5yrs old, mostly black with some white marking and looks very much like a miniature pin/toy terrier/chi mix who is full grown at 12-15 pounds and has 7 pups:
4 girls (Do, Re, Mi, Fa) and 3 boys (Sol, la, Ti)
They range in terrier/shep/lab mixes between 12-16 pounds and the boys tend to be the largest.
Do is the smallest and is mostly wired hair terrier; we think she could be 20-30lbs full grown.
Re has a wired haired terrier/shep look and will likely be in the 25-40lb range.
Mi is wired hair in the face and has a mostly smooth,short coat with body resemblance of mostly lab/terrier.
Fa has a smooth coat black/tan and looks a lot more like a shep/dobbie colors and is the largest of the girls; she likely will grow to be 30-50lbs.
Sol has a smooth coat (black/tan shep) and is the shiest of the group and he will likely grow to be in the 35-50lb range.
La has a smooth coat (black/white mostly lab/shep look) and likely will be in the 40-50lbs range.
Ti has a smooth coat (yellow lab like) and is the smallest of the boys; he will likely be in the 30-50lbs range.
The family is healthy and ready for adoption however, because of Covid, sterilization appointments are not easy to arrange and the family can only be adopted to local families in san diegoSan Diego to ensure they take their adoptee to the pres surgery day.
Please do not submit an application if not local to SD and able to attend the following apts. If you'd like to adopt and live out of San Diego, you are welcome to wait post surgery day to see if the reacue you are inquiring about is still available.

Pups will be ready for meet and greets which are typically the day of adoption and are scheduled in the 92117 zip code.
The pups are all social and playful and,like all pups, are NOT house trained and are working on crate training. Adopters should have time for puppy training, house training, socialization. To meet and possibly adopt one of these cuties, please submit an adoption application online at Arwob.org
