To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Timmy! Timmy is part of the Chapala family that was rescued by a local rescue group in Chapala Mexico back in April. Zoe the momma dog and her puppies Timmy and Becca just arrived in San Diego and are ready to find their forever homes!

Zoe is a Labrador Retriever mix and is an amazing mother with a sweet personality. Her pups are all very social and outgoing too! We anticipate that the puppies will grow to be somewhere between 40-60 pounds, since Zoe is 50 pounds and full grown. However, we do not know who the father dog was and were told he may have been a Golden Retriever. Most of the puppies look to be a Labrador Retriever mix like their mother with short coats. Zoe and her puppies are great with people, children, and other dogs. They are likely good with cats too, but they have not been tested with cats just yet.

We are looking for foster families for Zoe, Becca, and Timmy right away! This way, they will have a place to land while we find them loving, forever homes.
