Meet Dream, the mother of Hope and part of the 'Operation Freedom' group of rescues. She was given to a woman as a gift when she was 3-4 months old. Since then, she has given birth to who knows how many litters. Finally, an ARWOB rescuer was able to step in and stop the vicious cycle. Upon her rescue, Dream appeared lethargic and had an eye infection as a result of her neglect. But, she has been described as submissive, tranquil, mellow and very social. She is OK with cats, not a barker, walks on a leash like a PRO, and is just SO happy to be all cleaned up and away from her previous life. See the pictures below for Dream's transformation! Her body language says it all!

Dream's Foster Mom: "Her name is so fitting for her!! She is one the most lovable dogs I have ever met! She lights up a room and steals hearts. She is warm and gentle and would be great for any family. I think she would be great with children and would just as much love to spend time with a new retired family member. Dream loves to be near me and my husband. I can honestly say that I didn't know what to expect taking in a little kiddo who came from such an unfortunate history, but she is remarkable; she has been an amazing foster! Dream is intelligent, has just the right amount of curiosity, loves her human greeting time, and has just the perfect streak of independence.

Dream is currently sleeping on the couch next to me as I type this, just pushed up againt my leg. Happy to be near me. She has made an easy transition into our little family. Dream also enjoys time with her 40 pound shepherd mix foster brother and they play well together. Dream has no interest in making things difficult with the kitties. Even my skiddish kitty is ok with Dream because she is so mild mannered with them."
