To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Bella!

This beautiful girl was rescued in Ensenada Mexico as a stray and is a wonderful sweet friendly girl who Enjoys the companionship of both humans and canine friends alike. She is currently fostered in a home with a family of 2 adults and a 10yr old child sharing with 3 foster dogs of all ages/sizes and a kitty. We received an update on 1.7.24 about Bella today from her foster family who have the following update on this beauty:

Bella is a brilliant sweet young dog who is fully crate and house trained, Bella loves cuddles, as well as playing with my three dogs. She met my cat Pancho and showed no preyed drive in her, does well on the leash, we are still working on her getting used to the loud noises and smells of new places. She adores my 8 year old daughter as well as my niece, meets people who come visit her foster home with enthusiasm and eagerness to play. She's a great first time dog owner and someone who is looking to adopt a perfect medium breed at only 30 ish pounds. We live in alpine but are happy to meet a potential forever family in the San Diego area around fashion valley too!
