To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Carmelita

Dear Alondra & ARWOB Volunteers, Just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for taking such good care of Carmelita and bringing her to the Clairemont Petsmart, where we met her. She has brought so many smiles, snuggles, and laughs to our household. Since being adopted, she now goes by the name Princess Anna, and lives up to every aspect of the name and âFrozenâ reference. She is an only fur baby at the moment, but gets lots of attention from us (we work from home) and her Aunt that lives with us. She has thoroughly enjoyed almost all of her âfirstâ holidays, Christmas was her absolute favorite, Thanksgiving was a bit of torture because she smelled the turkey and all the good food, but the cat food turkey food that we provided for her wasn't as appealing as the smell coming from the oven. She has grown into a healthy cat who loves people, playdates with her two kitty cousins and posing for photos. we hope you enjoy some of the pictures we have attached. Thank you for all that you do, and for saving our little Princess. <3 Kirsten & Zach
