Tina is a special kitty that had a bit of a rough start. She experienced Ibuprofen toxicity back in April, as her foster did not realize there was a pill on the floor that Tina was playing with and likely ingested. The next morning Tina was not acting normal, so she was rushed to the ER and was hospitalized for almost 5 days. Thankfully her body was able to detox itself and she did not have any complications from the event (her kidney and liver functions were perfect after blood work rechecks)! Tina was adopted this month (November 2021) and we could not be happier for her! Here is what her new adoptive mom has to say:
“We are soooo in love!! She is such a sweetheart we are overjoyed. She’s been purring and head butting everything + us since we brought her home this morning. I can barely get her to sit still for a picture. Thank you for helping us find this little love bug we’re so grateful! It was love at first sight! She fit right in here! We can’t wait for her to meet Raspberry but taking it slow for Raspberry’s sake. For now she ate dinner next to Tina’s brush.“
Luna (fka Tai) was adopted from ARWOB in August 2021. Her adoptive mom sent us this nice "pupdate" about her:
"Tai now named Luna is wonderful & truly loved!!! She is really enjoying her life & animal siblings. She does have some people issues (barks at new people) but we have been working with a trainer to help her. She has gotten taller as you can see in the pictures. She loves playing with Sydney (her dog brother) & has fun chasing tennis balls. She is also an excellent snuggler & has learned to give hugs! Thanks for checking in. I hope this brings you joy, knowing how much Luna is loved!"
We received an adorable update about Tia and Tammy, who are now named Willow and Wren. They were adopted as a pair in July 2021. They are living the good life with their adoptive family. Here is what their adoptive mom has to say:
"They are doing GREAT! The kitties are now Willow & Wren. They are adorable, full of energy, and inseparable. Willow has quite the personality: she's into everything, extremely curious, has a lot of attitude, and loves to snuggle. Wren is more reserved, but she loves to get into her own trouble and her favorite thing is licking my husband's face every morning in the wee hours. And attacking his feet. They are growing really fast and are getting to be big girls. We love them and they're a wonderful addition to our family (though our dog, Aliah, and our other cat, Foster, may not agree)."

We received a wonderful update about Clancy (fka Walter) and Finn (fka as The Jesus), who were adopted together as a pair in July 2021. Here is what their adoptive Dad has to say about them:
"Walter is now Clancy and the Jesus is now Finn. They are doing wonderful and we love them more everyday. They have settled right in with the rest of the family, Tino the older kitty and Chester and Pogo, father and son dachshunds. They enjoy going out into their enclosed catio and are spoiled rotten. They are so well adjusted and affectionate. We are so happy we were able to adopt these 2 special boys. Thanks for checking in!"
