Pasta

Pasta was adopted in June 2022.  Her family provided a recent update about her.  Pasta continues to live her best life with her humans and her doggy friends.  Her is the latest update from her adoptive mom:

"She is an absolute angel and has a great time playing, and of course napping, with her doggy siblings! We have started using only lidded cups in the house because she is very fond of drinking everyone's water in addition to the dogs' and her own."

Pistachio

Pistachio has quite the rescue story!  He was saved by ARWOB from the Devore shelter in 2022 just in the nick of time. His mama Hazelnut had 3 kittens (she originally had 4 kittens, but one sadly passed away before ARWOB was able to pull the entire family from the high kill shelter).  He waited patiently and finally found his forever family in April 2023.  He is living such a wonderful life and has a feline brother to keep him company.  Here is what his adoptive mom told us:

"Pistachio is doing AMAZING. He is a happy, playful boy who is willing to cuddle at any time of the day. He has great litter box manners and we think his loud cries for attention and food are the cutest things :) He has a lot of energy and really enjoys playing and running around. His new favorite trick is opening doors on his own, it is hilarious! He is very picky about his treats so we have enjoyed finding what works best for him (temptations: chicken delight). Pistachio has true FOMO (fear of missing out) and he has to be wherever one of us are at all times. When we both leave for work in the morning he whines, but is eager to greet us when we come back through the door :) He is very adaptable and has gotten used to our only other cat, Larry. He has helped get Larry out of his shell more and it is so amusing to see two opposite kitty personalities interacting in our home."

Patrick

Sweet and energetic Patrick was adopted in March 2023.  We received this "purrfect" update from his adoptive mom.  Here is what she has to say about him:

"Thanks for checking in! Patrick is doing great. He’s just as advertised! His recent foster mom checks in every now and then to see how he’s doing. He is super chatty, always wants attention/pets, always wants to play, and is great with new people. Once he got home, it only took him a couple hours to warm up to me and get comfortable. He has so much energy and likes to do zoomies at 3 or 4AM haha. Patrick follows me everywhere I go and doesn’t leave me alone. Any movement I make, he’s up and ready to go. Sometimes he’ll snuggle up when I’m watching TV, whether it’s in my lap or under the blankets. And he just found out he loves pillow forts! He loves napping inside them."

Petey

Gunner (fka Petey) was adopted in February 2023.  We received this fantastic "pupdate" from his adoptive mom and here is what she has to say:

"We changed Petey’s name to Gunner after we adopted him. He’s doing great! He’s had lots of training. He is eager to learn and catches on quickly. He loves treats! He’s gone on two camping trips. Gunner has been a wonderful addition to our family/pack. I attached a picture so you can see how much he’s grown. Thank you for reaching out to check up on him."

Phineas

Finn (fka Phineas) and Skyler (fka Blanca) are both ARWOB alumni and adopted by the same loving family.  Skyler was adopted in November 2017 and Finn was adopted in December 2018.  Their adoptive mom share these lovely photos and a nice update about them:

"I was just thinking about you and wanted to say hi. I attached pictures of Skyler and Finn. Today is Finn’s 5th birthday. Everyone got new toys to celebrate."
