Betty

Beautiful Beatrix (fka Betty) was adopted a year ago back in February 2023.  Her adoptive mom kindly shared this recent update with us.  Bea is certainly enjoying life with her family!

"We adopted Beatrix, formerly Betty, from you guys a year ago, and she is thriving and friendlier and snugglier than ever. Thanks again!"

Egon

Moose (fka Egon) was adopted in December 2023.  His adoptive mom shared some adorable photos of him.  She said he's doing great and fitting right in at his new home!

Winnie

Winnie was adopted in December 2023 and we received a fantastic "pupdate" from her adoptive dad:

"Winnie is doing terrific! Her and Coco have really settled in together. They play all the time. Winnie, to our pleasant surprise is extremely affectionate with everyone. When we met her at the park, she seemed a little indifferent about us. I knew she would warm up, but it was almost immediate. She has quite the attachment towards me personally, but she always wants to go to bed with my 7 year old son when he goes down. She is doing significantly better on the leash and is a pro at “shake” now. I am working with her personally on different calls. I wanted to wait for training to have more of an idea on what to work on with her. We will be getting her in soon though. She has a bit of anxiety that I would like to chat with a trainer about. I got her a “thunder coat” and that seems to help, but I want to talk to a trainer about it to see if there is more to do when she sees people outside. We will be getting a DNA test on her to find out mixes she is and I will be sure to send that to you as well! All and all, she has settled in great! We love her to death and she is a hit with our neighbors and their pups and kids! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you again!"

Pinky

Paxton (fka Pinky) was adopted in December 2023.  His adoptive mom sent us a fantastic "pupdate" about this little guy, including his DNA results which are quite surprising!  Check out what she has to say:

"Thank you for reaching out to me! I changed Pinky’s name to Paxton and he is doing absolutely great. I was not sure if he needed professional dog training since he started to learn some simple commands like “Sit” and “Come” from me but I will most likely reach out to the person my daughter recommended to discuss the matter in the next couple of days. He and my cat Zen are pretty much always on my lap when I am sitting on the couch. While most people think he is Jack Russel mix (myself included), there was no trace of it. He is a mixture of 13 dog breeds!! Thank you very much again for reaching out to me."

Frannie

Frannie was adopted in December 2023.  Her adoptive mom share this nice "pupdate" with us.  Here is what she has to say about this adorable girl:

"Frannie is doing great! She is 19 pounds now and very healthy. I potty trained her and she goes out by herself to go potty with the doggy door or will go if I direct her to. She has also somewhat learned how to sit and loves to play fetch. She has become my little shadow and is loving life. She is extremely friendly and has come out of her shell and must say hi to everyone she meets and give them kisses and nibbles. She's extremely toy motivated as well and very spoiled. Very glad I got to have the opportunity to meet her and adopt her."
