Here is another cute photo of Novak with his adoptive parents! Novak was adopted in September 2021 and he's doing great!
We received a nice "pupdate" about Loki (fka Novak), who was adopted in September 2021. It looks like he likes to be a lap dog! Here is what his adoptive mom has to say:
"We renamed Novak to Loki. He is doing really well. We are doing training and Loki is much better on walks now. He barks less at people, crate training has gone well, and we are still working on meeting other dogs. Loki is 45 lbs now and got a little bigger! Pretty sure he is done growing though so this is probably his big boy body."
Rosie and Noodles were adopted together in August 2021. They are doing well in their new home and enjoying their new life! Here is what their adoptive mom has to say about them:
"They are doing good! They love napping on the cat tree and share toys together. They also love to sleep with us. Noodles is obsessed with video games. She's always watching me playing Assassin's Creed. The way she chirps is so cute when she sees the teaser with feather cat toy. Rosie loves cuddling like a baby and Noodles is getting less resistant towards it."
We received a fantastic "pupdate" about Mija (fka Nelli), who was adotped from ARWOB in June 2020. Â Here is what her adoptive mom has to say:
"Mija (formerly known as Nellie) is doing GREAT! She is a healthy 45lb dog that loves going to the beach, playing with her multiple toys, and going for daily walks and outings. She is great with other dogs (she has many dog friends), she is great with kids, and is a big people person. Due to COVID, we trained her ourselves and she has been fun to work with. She is very smart (smarter than us at times) and catches on quickly. When we got her, we were told she was a big chewer but we recognized she just needed to keep busy, so no chewing incidents (if you donât count that one book I told her I wasnât enjoying and she âfixedâ that for me). Â She rings the bell to come in and out of the yard, comes back to use with a whistle at the beach, and understands many words. Her biggest nemesis is that pesky squirrel that runs through the yard every day. For sure her focus is on squirrels when they are present but I know they taunt her endlessly. She has made it possible for our fruit trees to produce fruit and not become squirrel meals so we thank her for that. Sheâs not spoiled at all (eye roll) and she never makes us laugh (eye roll), especially early in the morning when the dog tornado hits the bed when the alarm clock goes off or when itâs time to participate in yoga. Sheâs been a great addition to our family and we love that sheâs such a great dog who gets along with everyone, big and small."
We received a nice "pupdate" about Kota (fka Nelson), who was adopted from ARWOB in June 2020. Here is what his adoptive mom has to say:
"Kota has been the most wonderful addition to our family. He is so sweet. He loves to go to Fiesta Island and meet other dogs. His vet said he is “a very happy dog,” with an “exceptional coat. “ He weighs 52 pounds. I even ran his DNA. Isn’t he adorable?"
