Meet Mac!
Mac was rescued off the streets of Tijuana. He is the second beagle this year!
Sadly people get dogs but don't secure fences or place collars with tags and of course sterilize them to help with the 'need' of wanting to get out.
Mac is a sweetheart adn we are pretty sure he had a family before as he is a sweet boy, not house trained completely yet but he is getting the hang of things. He loves children and he is not cat tested.
