To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Meet Hamster!

Hamster is a TOTAL ham of a kitty! If you are looking for an outgoing, social, loving and playful young adult cat, then look no further! And, of course, he is SO handsome!

One of our ARWOB volunteers at our Cat Adoption Center has this to say about him:

This beautiful boy is sometimes overlooked when there are kittens around, but he is a true gem with an amazing personality. He is an extremely playful loving boy with beautiful black and white markings and expressive eyes. He follows around his favorite volunteers at the Cat Adoption Center and is always ready for some petting and loving. He also plays well with the other cats at the center. Hamster is a staff favorite. He wants to be where you are, watching what you are doing and hanging out for some petting and scratching. He does not mind being held and purrs like crazy as soon as you look at him or pet him. This is one special boy. He would be so happy to find a forever home and a family he can love and who will love him in return. Come by the Cat Adoption Center at the Oceanside Petsmart to meet this amazing boy. He will bring love and happiness into your home with his beautiful personality and playful antics.
