To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Introducing the adorable Cadbury and Eggs siblings: Cadbury, Eggz, Mini, Caramel and Fudge.

Meet Cadbury!

Initially, he was in foster care and his foster mom had this to say about Eggz and Cadbury:

"The Cadbury siblings are a litter of five who have been raised together after being rescued off the streets where they were undernourished and trying to fend for themselves for the first four weeks of their lives. Prior to being transferred to our Cat Adoption Center, their foster family had this to say about the two they were fostering, Cadbury and Eggz: "They are energetic and crazy funny and have been a real joy to have in our house. When we enter their room, they stop playing with each other and run to us meowing, pick us up or we will climb your legs and into your heart!! If someone adopts them both, they will receive a lifetime of joy and fun like we have had for the last few weeks. If you adopt them both, you will get many times the fun and craziness of just one kitten. They will make anything a toy but they especially enjoy chasing bugs on the ends of strings."

After being in foster care, the siblings were moved to our ARWOB Cat Adoption Center in PetSmart. One of the ARWOB vollunteers recently had this to say about Cadbury:

"Cadbury is gorgeously marked and is a very sweet kitty. He loves to play with his siblings and the other cats currently at the Cat Adoption Center at the Oceanside Petsmart store. This playful group of siblings love any toy, empty box, or climbing tree. They are genuinely sweet kitties and as much as they run and play, they also love human interaction. They purr when held and love to be petted. They also love being talked to and look at you as if they really understand what you are saying! Come meet Cadbury and his siblings if you are looking to add love and happiness into your home. This group is sure to bring a smile to your face."

If you would like to adopt, and especially if you do not have another kitty at home, please consider adopting two kittens (his brother, Eggz, or a buddy) since they would be lonely without a companion during the day and have always been with other kitties. Not only that, but they will double your pleasure when you are at home with them enjoying their antics!

Cadbury and his brother, Eggz, are currently at our Cat Adoption Center at the PetSmart in Oceanside. You are welcome to stop by and visit these cuties during store hours. If you are interested in adopting Eggz, please fill out an adoption application online.
