To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Meet Nabisco!

Nabisco is one of the softest kitties every. She is a beauty with her shiny black coat. When our volunteers come in she happily calls out to them wanting to be held. When her kennel door is opened, she climbs onto the volunteers shoulders and settles down for some loving. Her purr is amazing and you can tell she is an affectionate, loving kitty. She loves to jump on laps for more petting, purring, and loving. She is also ready to play anytime. She is the perfect all around kitty, playful AND an affectionate lap cat. She will do well in a home with other kitties, children, and possibly dogs (she is very interested in the dogs when they walk by.) She is social, curious, playful and absolutely LOVES feather wands. She is a sight to see racing all over the place trying to catch up with that feather!

She is super sweet, as well as inquisitive and would make a great pet in the forever home she is dreaming of.

Nabisco is presently at our Cat Adoption Center at the PetSmart in Oceanside. You are welcome to visit her any time during store hours. If you are interested in Nabisco, PLEASE fill out an adoption application. Thank you.
