Zelda & Zippo, we believe, are siblings.
They arrived on their own mid summer to their rescuer's home while on the verge of collapsing...they were dehydrated, emaciated, and infested with parasites. because they arrived together and look a bit similar, we believe they are siblings. If they are not, they certainly have a very strong connection and love each other.
They are doing very well and being fostered together, so now they are ready for adoption. They seem to look like large breed dogs in small to medium size bodies.
Zelda - with her one blue eye, we think she is a husky, shepherd, rat terrier mix.... shorter than her brother.
Zippo - with his amazing pointer look, he can be a lab, rat terrier mix
What we DO know is they are very friendly, loving, social, playfully sweet pups....very bright and loving life! They were rescued in Baja, Mexico and are fully vaccinated.
