Meet Falcor!
This sweetheart is a typical Baja dog, which means she is a super mutt! Falcor looks like and mostly resembles a Terrier/Poodle/Doxie mix. She has a sturdy, longer body with shorter legs and is a young teen in the 9-10 month old range. She is approximately 20 pounds and will likely reach 25 pounds when full grown (possibly in the upper 20 pound range). We do not know if she is “hypoallergenic” or if she sheds less than other dogs, so we do not encourage applicants to apply for her if they are looking for those specifics.
Falcor is very social, outgoing, and loving towards all people and she does well with children too. She is dog friendly and okay around cats. She is crated trained and does well with car rides. She really enjoys being silly and playing with her toys. Falcor is a young dog, which means she is active and will need an adopter that is ready to immediately enroll her in dog training 101. She has a lot to learn in order to be a well behaved family dog, including doggy manners and walking proper on a leash.
If you are interested in Falcor, please submit a dog adoption application online at ARWOB.org and a volunteer will call within 3 days of receiving your application. If you are not contacted in this time frame, please contact us to follow up on your application. If your application is approved to move forward with the adoption process, we will then set up a meet and greet. If the meet goes well, Falcor can go home that same day! We do not place holds on any of our rescues.
