Meet Calamity Jane (CJ) and Wild Bill (Billy)
These 2 adorable sibling tabbies were rescued from the streets of Ensenada, Mexico in early July.
Wild Bill (Billy) has been adopted and now it is CJ's turn to find her forever home.
CJ is currently being fostered in a home with an adult kitty and a small breed dog who she does great with. She is friendly, outgoing, and an overall great kitten!
CJ's Foster Update 9/6:
CJ's foster mom has this to say about her:
"Calamity Jane (formerly partnered with her brother, Wild Bill) is everything her name entails. She’s a funny little wild child, is spunky and loving, and can give a mean cuddle! She is very vocal and will yell for you if she loses sight of you. She loves her big foster cat-brother, pines for his attention, and isn’t afraid to swat his tail if she isn’t getting enough of it. She is unshaded by her foster dog-brother and loves every human that walks through the door. CJ is curious and often hungry. She will try almost anything you give her, but her favorite vice is water out of an open cup. She loves sharing your water with you if you don’t keep an eye on it. She’s a climber and a dare devil. She’s a great sleeper and socializer and knows how to be the center of attention. CJ is very good at playing with herself with all the toys in the house and often carries them around and brings them to you as presents to get your attention. She has been a great work from home buddy and will make herself comfortable on your laptop, chest or lap during zoom calls and team meetings. She is absolutely stunning with her pointy ears and lynx like markings. CJ is all about calamity but also about cuteness!"
CJ should be adopted along with another kitten or into a family with another cat(s) of a similar age, not just an older, senior kitty. She is active, playful and needs a playmate with the same kitten activity level and curiosity who will be with her throughout the years.
If you'd like to adopt this sweetheart, please submit a cat adoption application online at arwob.org for review.
