ARWOB prefers to adopt kittens under 6 months of age to families who have other feline family members or planning on adopting 2 cats together. 2 kittens from the same litter or 'mix and match' with other of the ARWOB kittens. Thinking outside the box, adopting an adult cat and a kitten together would help the forgotten adult kittens while also enjoying the VERY short time frame a kitten will stay small. Remember kittens will reach full size within 10 months of age, kittens are not just a NOW adoption, but a LIFETIME adoption which is a 10-20 year commitment.
The “Little Rascal” kittens were rescued from a granero (13 kittens total of different ages) who were crammed into a small bird cage and being sold at a local 'pet supply' store in Tijuana..., most under 2 pounds and skinny. Thankfully, we had fosters who could help foster them while we made arrangements to bring them over to San Diego. They are now ready for adoption.
Froggy is part of the Little Rascals Gang (Froggy, Scooter, Spanky, Georgie, Darla, and Clarabell). He loves playing with his siblings and also loves his humans. He talks when he wants attention. He also loves his foster dog (a large breed dog). Froggy is orange and has amazing tufts of fur on his ears and face. He loves to curl up next to his humans and take a nap, when he is done playing. He enjoys looking out the windows and watching birds or people walking by. He sometimes sleeps in a window hammock and likes to lay in a sunny spot in the afternoons. He is a very happy, content kitten!
