To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

We not only provide you with everything you need to take care of one of our rescues, but the experience is SO fulfilling. By placing one animal into a foster home, you allow us to save another. We are always in need of foster parents.

Meet Iggy!

Iggy is a very sweet and small little white chihuahua who is very well rounded and is always surrounded by her family which indludes a human family and toddler as well, many dogs and many cats, and she just loves affection and playing with her friends. Not a big barker for a little dog and excellent around children.

Her new foster mom has this to say about her:

"Very sweet, very affectionate, loves to cuddle. She is a bit shy with new people, but warms up quickly and is very friendly and loving with family she knows. She has a pecial love for toddlers, and is very tolerant of toddler energy. Not a big barker, but will bark at strangers. Getting used to men, but prefers females. ADORABLE!! Iggy loves car rides and wants to be with her human(s). She is a good listener, knows some commands, gets along well with all, and gets along well with all dogs and cats. Iggy is crate trained, almost 100% house trained, and gets in the crate independently for bedtime. The right family would be lucky to have this special girl!
