Meet Trick N Treat!
Trick N Treat are 2 adorable little sisters who look the most to a Labrador mix, being a Baja rescue they likely have a small breed and large breed mix So they likely have Labrador/Shepherd and likely some small breeds like small terrier which means they likely will be medium to large in the 40-60lb range when full grown. They are social and friendly with all living beings. Have had no exposure to farm animals or pocket pets.
These two girls were found by a good Samaritan in Mexico in early September and she fostered them since that time. One of our rescue contacts reached out to us and we have offered to take them under our care. They were dumped on the side of the road in a burlap bag with trash and the 2 puppies inside the bag. They were initially infested with fleas and some ticks. The lady that found them lives right near the intersection where they were dumped and she was alerted by her two dogs, who were barking at the bag. The foster home had 2 female adult kitties and these pups were curious, but friendly towards them.
These girls are now healthy and ready to find a forever home where they will receive the love they deserve! They are typical outgoing, loving, active pups ready for a family who IS READY to tackle puppy stages like puppy training, house training, potty training and of course lots of socialization, playtime and cuddle time!
Treat is scheduled to be sterilized in San Diego in the 92104 zip code area on Tuesday, October 25th. This date is FIRM and cannot be changed. Therefore, adopters must live locally to San Diego and be available to transport their newly adopted pup to and from the vet clinic for her sterilization surgery. The surgery is included in her adoption fee.
If you are interested in one of these cute babies, please complete an online application at www.arwob.org. Don’t wait!
We typically only have adoption events once a month at the petsmart in clairemont 92117 but we can schedule meet and greets any day of the week as soon as we receive an adoption application, review it and set up a phone call interview, if approved we would love fwd to set up a meet in the 92117 and adoption can happen the same day of the meets. However, we don't place holds on rescues which means, please DO NOT submit an application to adopt if not ready to schedule a meet and greet within the week of submit an interest in adopting THANK YOU!
