Meet the Powder Puff Girls and Mojo Jojo!
These 4 kitties are not related to each other, but where rescued together from Tijuana the same day. They are all social, playful, healthy, and outgoing kittens who are ready for adoption. All are very people and cat friendly. Buttercup and Bubbles are good around dogs, Blossom is careful around them. and Mojo is not afraid of them and perhaps, in time, can be dog friendly.
Mojo Jojo is a character and will absolutely steal your heart.Prior to coming to our adoption center, he had been in a foster home along with his best friend, Blossom.The best way we can describe this boy is to use his foster’s description because he is most certainly “Mr. Personality”.
“That little ball of energy stole our hearts! Charisma in one little package! He ran full speed around the house and then told us what he wanted and wouldn’t settle for less. He LOVES his people and could not get enough of giving them kisses .He is a bundle of energy in the cutest package! He’s a smart, playful socialite who carries toys around the house and brings them to his people as presents! Mojo loves people, snuggling on laps, and rubbing noses. He is SO adorable and knows how to get what he wants. He will sit by the toy box and meow, waiting for us to toss a mouse or ball to him and Blossom. Mojo can play alone, but prefers interacting with Blossom.”
Blossom is a sweet active kitten who loves to play and drag a wand dangling toy around the house. She even growls a bit at it... proving her dominance over a piece of leather and feathers!! She loves people and, when in her foster home, she would snuggle up and sleep on the bed with her foster parents. She has the softest coat and loves being brushed.. Before going to the adoption center in Clairemont, she was fostered along with her best friend, Mojo and the two of them really enjoy each other., She loves following him in adventures and "zoomies" around the house. Blossom enjoys relaxing and sitting in a sunny window watching birds, but also likes running after toys and Mojo. She is looking for her own loving forever home, will make a great addition to your family.
Buttercup is always on the 'go', playing with little toys and there isn't a toy around her that she does not love!. She also enjoys little lick kisses on your hand/fingers.... sure to melt your heart! We are not sure if she is a chocolate color or black color kitty because, at different angles and light, she looks different...just a total character kitty!
Bubbles is a very petite young girl who we thought was a kitten, but it turns out she is a little teen, approximately 6 months old, but only "kitten size".. She has now started to catch up and grow, but this beauty will be a petite girl. Bubbles also loves to play with toys and jump around for feather toys. She is friends with Buttercup, who is also her kennel mate and the two have been fostered together..
Like all young kittens who are very cat oriented, they will be happier in a forever home with other cats in the home or an adopter looking to adopt a pair of feline friends.
Adoption process:
Submit a cat adoption application online at ARWOB.org
Once received, an adoption counselor will contact you via phone or email within 1-4 days of submission to finalize processing your application. If approved to adopt a meet and greet will be scheduled at our adoption center at which time if the meet goes well and you choose to move forward with the adoption our kitties are ready to go home the same day.
*Once you submit an adoption application online if the cat you select is no longer available or is not a match for you but you are interested in other cats there is NO need to resubmit an application, just request ARWOB transfers that application to another rescue cat you'd like to meet which we currently have available for adoption or if you see someone in the future you'd like to meet please contact the group and request to reactive your application.
Notes for applicants:
-We do NOT place holds on rescues, please, do not submit an application unless you are READY to adopt MEOW.
-We require landlord approvals. if you rent, you should have written landlord approval before you apply to adopt a cat as we can't hold adoptions back or place hold on rescues.
-If you are not contacted by a volunteer within 4 days of submitting an application, please contact ARWOB via email to follow up on your application status, we typically cancel applications if there is no communication from both parties within a week and assume applicants are no longer interested.
