We recently got a wonderful update on sweet Felicia:
"Felicia is doing great! We adopted her from you about 7 years ago and she continues to amaze us every day. We love her! Thank you for rescuing her and adopting her to us!"
Buddy and Violet (adopted as Fudge and Brittle) just celebrated their first birthday! At one year old, these beautiful siblings are happy, healthy, and enjoying life in the Spencer home! Both have darkened significantly and Buddy is large and in charge, except for when petite little Violet has anything to say about it! They love to wrestle and snuggle and are the best of friends with us and each other. My wife and I absolutely love them and they are truly part of the family. Adopted from Petsmart through ARWOB in February of this year. Just posting an update, and looking forward to many more years together!
UPDATE, 2/27/11-----"It’s hard to believe that 4 years today you left Koji with us. Thank you again for saving him and the hundreds of others. Also for you help when we had to decide about Patty. Koji is a frequent flyer with at least 8 round trips to the east coast under his belt, he love it, small enough to go in the cabin under the seat. Attached is a pic of him on a recent business trip to Texas. The painting above him says it all. In 4 years he has gone everywhere, we have never had to leave him overnite with anyone." Love, rich Julie, Koji "It has been awhile since we heard from Fritz, now Mr. Koji, but we hear that his new family is thankful for rescuing him. His new dad is grateful for all the the hard work we put into placing him into his home because without their Koji, it would not be the same. We recently received news from his parents and here's what they report: "I hope you are well and furthering the cause. It was 2 years today you brought Fritz (AKA: Koji)to us. He is still great and a day doesn’t go by when I don’t look at him and think of you and this day in 2007." Love always…. rich, julie Koji, Patty." We are so glad that Koji is doing so well.
Foxy was a part of our rescue awhile back when we first started. Recently, we received news of his well-being and look at him now. He has been renamed Brody by his forever family and they have wonderful news to report about their guy! They're actually thinking about reuniting Brody with his brother who was also rescued by us. They have lots to say about Brody. Once, Brody was a very shy dog, but he has come a long way since then. He has completed the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Training courses at Petsmart. He is AKC Canine Good Citizen Certified and Therapy Dog Certified. We are so proud of him. He really has come a long way! WOW!
