Meet Tiger Lilly!
Tiger Lilly is living with a foster family and her foster mom has this to say about her:
“Tiger Lilly is a sweet 2-yr old Terrier Mix that came to us from the streets of Tijuana when a good Samaritan picked her up and took her in to get treated.Now back to good health, she is full of energy and has lots of love & kisses. She is very active and, as with a lot of Terrier types, is super smart. She has learned some basic commands and has the potential of learning much learning much more. With continued nurturing and training, she will become a super star! Her gorgeous coat makes her a stand out beauty along with her personality!
She has been doing really well with potty training and is super great in the crate and on car rides. This little girl has lots to give to her new forever family. She settled in fast with her bigger foster siblings and we’ve realized that she will try to test her boundaries with other dogs (very normal), but is submissive if the other dog stops her as she just wants to please & have fun with both her fur friends & human ones. As she learns more in her new foster home, she is blossoming and becoming a great little companion.
She loves toys & bones and is quite a chewer so would recommend the toys with not a lot of stuffing that provide a good chewing challenge. If she doesn’t have anyone to play with she can also be self-entertaining. When not playing, she settles down and will lay with her human or in her bed and gives the greatest snuggles.
She would do best in a home with children over 8 due to her habit of jumping up and sharing her love with everyone she meets ,which we are also working on! As we get to know her even more, we are confident she will be an excellent addition to a family with other dogs or she could be the only dog as she would love the one-on-one attention from her family!”
