Meet Rapunzel, one of the most beautiful, striking calicos we have seen!
Rapunzel has been with the group since she was 3 months old. Two sisters were adopted, however, she stayed behind as she has always been shy around people. She is not the type of cat who will seek out attention nor a lap cat. She will be around you, though,.... observing you and she will go from room to room where you are after she has gotten to know you well (usually a month or so). She loves food and toys so she will be easily approached and entertained! If you are looking for a cat as a companion for your other kitties at home, she would be great as she is very easy going around other cats and does like dogs. She's what we call a "cats cat" as she is more interested in feline friends vs humans.
She is certainly a special case, but if someone would like to adopt her or work with her as a foster, please feel free to apply online at arwob.org.
