Meet Damzel...what a beauty she is!
My name is Damzel, as I was a "Damsel in Distress" when I was found in an H2O drain in February. I am very shy with people, especially on approach, but once I feel comfortable, I really do enjoy being petted and having my chin scratched.
Because Damzel is so shy and unsure of herself in new situations, she really does need the patience and TLC that an experienced cat owner can provide for her and help her with socialization. After all, she had a pretty traumatic past and needs happy memories to build on the future. She needs lots of one on one time in order to build trust, but we feel that she has the potential of becoming a very affectionate and loving pet.
