Meet Tobby!
Tobby is certainly a handsome little guy and will make a family VERY happy.
However, sweet Tobby is in need of the RIGHT family for him. He is smart and he is also energetic. He will do best in a home with a yard or an active family who already enjoy outdoor activities or would be able to afford doggy day care. Tobby's rescuers actually met him when they would walk by his owners home who had him tied out to the tree day and night with inadecuate sheltering or food/water. They were able to convince the owner to allow them to neuter him and to stop the thethering. However, a few weeks later they found out once AGAIN he was tied out. So, this guy needs some work on leash walking because he just wants to GO places but he quickly calms down after a good 'play date' session. He certainly will love his family unconditionally. His adopter MUST take dog training/obedience seriously for him to grow up to be a wel behaved family member
