A one of a kind sweetheart.... She is a very tiny puppy and is READY to go home! She was rescued from the Tecate dog pound after being there for almost a month without any walks.
Tulip is a very sweet puppy who loves to give and receive love. She is an excellent copilot, as she loves car rides! She does well in crate, but still has issues with potty trainig inside.... likely because of her past, being in a cage all day long.
She is a super sweet girl and deserves all of the love and attention she will receive in the forever home she is hoping for. Will that be with you?
