To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Shiva is a young adult female who was seen roaming the streets of Baja. She would visit a school every day during lunch break to say hi to the children, who would feed her in exchange for playing with her and petting her.

She is a great dog who LOVES humans and gets along with dogs. She is playful with dogs, but would be happy as an only dog, as well, because she prefers human companionship. At almost 60 pounds full grown, she is a little strong, but a VERY gentle dog. She has the CUTEST face...looking like a puggie or boxer, while having a short coat and the body of a lab.

She is great with children, crate trained and fine in cars.
