Meet Collin
He was relinquished by his owner because he could no longer care for him. Collin is a very bright and loving dog, like most collies. He does have an old wound on his back and, because it wasn't treated properly by his previous owner, his coat grew back in a manner to which you can mildly see a scar and different coat color. Otherwise, he is great on the leash and in the car. He doesn't LOVE being around young pups, so a calm home or a home with adult dogs would be best.
