To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Adorable Scarlet is a rescue from Tecate, Mexico... a young Golden Retriever who has an amazing story of exceptional good timing and humanity by good people who still care.

Scarlet was rescued by a good sam who happened to be driving behind a truck on a Friday afternoon when it was pouring rain almost all day. Scarlet happened to be on the bed of truck without shelter, getting drenched and with a very sad, pathetic face.

The good sam decided to drive and follow the driver and, to her surprise, saw this man was actually getting rid of his dog by letting her out in an open and deserted field.
She asked what he was doing and found out he no longer wanted her...AND her 5 babies.

So. she took the whole family home and through the power of FB and networking, ARWOB found out about the story of this amazing little family and decided to bring them over to be part of the ARWOB family. There are 4 little girls and 1 boy. (3 pups are red/golden color and 2 are black with a small white patch on the chest)

Scarlet is an adorable but OH SO SWEET girl with a heart of gold! She and her babies will need an adopter who has time to do obedience training and house training.

The pups are potential golden/lab mixes. Crush, one of the babies, is now ready for adoption and is looking for a loving family to to become a part of the happy ending to this amazing story and provide a forever home for him.
