Hello Mami!
Meet this amazing Mami, literally!
She was abandoned inside a sealed carton boxed at a gas station in Rosarito, Baja, Mexico.
When one of our volunteers stopped to refill their gas tank, they saw a few people around a carton box next to a trash can at the gas station. Someone was cutting off the duct tape sealing the box and found sweet Mami with 5 little newborn babies around 2/1/14. She jumped out and said hi to a few people and jumped back inside her box with her babies. It was a very busy and dangerous situation for them all. The volunteer took the feline family and requested ARWOB for help in offering safety for these guys.
Mami is being fostered in a home and she is doing great! She cared for all of her babies until they were old enough to start finding forever families and we are happy to say that all of her babies have been adopted. Now it is Mami's turn!
