Meet handsome Geo!
Geo was rescued as a stray in Guadalajara, Mexico. He was begging for food at a taco stand and after one of our volutneers fed him (we know, rescuers break that rule ALL the time!) he followed her home. She just couldn't close the door on him! Geo was fostered in mexico since October along with another stray who was rescued named Ozy a little poodle. Ozy wants to play often and Geo will sometimes play with him but he really mostly just want to be a lap dog. If he could have belly rubs all day long he would be in heaven!
Geo is such a sweet dog. He is shy of strangers at first but once there are belly rubs or he is petted he will trust you and love you. He is VERY loving and has such a sweet calm and gentle disposition. He doesnt like to be left alone in the yard but does great in the home or crate. He is ok with cats but can bark at them, sometimes he is afraid of them. He is a people dog and ok with dogs but preffers the company of people.
Geo is hopeful that he will find a family who will enjoy his company and love him like he will love them. Until that day comes, we are in need of a foster parent for Geo. Could you help this little guy until his wonderful family finds him?
