Edgar was abandoned outside a convenience store. A Good Samaritan found him and called one of our rescuers
Edgar is a goofy guy that loves to play with other dogs, preferably small dogs. He is being crate trained and is also learning to walk on a leash. Edgar is a happy, health young pup looking for a forever home.
