Meet Dahlia! She was rescued in the downtown part of Ensenada when our rescuers saw her wandering aimlessly in the middle of a busy intersection. When they reached her, she had already collapsed... They thought she was dead! But, it turns out she was wounded (having severe bite wounds) and in heat. She was also filthy, flea-ridden, and overall very weak. That was back in March and she has now been living in a very stable home setting. She has also recently been staying with a foster parent in the United States where, as her foster mom reports, is thriving. She LOVES the company of people and gets along great with her dog friends. She would be perfect for an apartment setting since she's a petite little girl, but above all else, she's docile and loving.
