To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Quick notes:
She lives with multiple dogs and cats. She is very at ease around dogs and cats.
Will take her a few weeks to adjust to a new home as she is shy at first.
Once she is comfortable she is very quiet, well behaved but can be silly many times.
She will do great as an only cat or someone who wants a gentle easy going cat.

Adorable Soleil is a young adult cat who was exited from the Devore animal shelter back in May 2013 when she had one day before being put down. She was a staff favorite especially since she was pregnant and one of the ARWOB volunteers exited her. Soleil has yet to find a family of her own and she will need a family who is gentle and calm as she is also very gentle and at times shy. She does very well around cats and is submissive around them. She is ok with dogs and gentle with children.

She is a great cat! She acts very kitten-like. She loves to play, explore, and cuddle. I will sit down and watch tv or read and she will come lay on my lap and fall asleep. Not to mention when I sleep, she curls up next to my head (or even under my throat lol). She always follows me around my apartment - she loves to be with people.

She also has an adorable little chirp as her meow - maybe she was raised by chickens. She is very talkative and I often find her talking to herself - kinda cute :)
