To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Alesha!

Alesha is an energetic dog who loves people and is very outgoing. She currently lives with another dog and would do best in a home that has another male dog in the house, kids that would love to play with her OR in an active household with a single person or couple who enjoy running, hiking, the outdoors etc. We prefer Alesha go to a home with a yard versus an apartment setting as we don't believe she will do well in a cramped apartment/condo. She would love to spend her days in/out or just outside in the yard sun bathing and playing. She does well on car rides, LOVES chasing the ball, jumping the waves at the beach, going to the dog park and is AMAZING with kids. She lets's them bear hug her, run around, and get right in her face. She sleeps in a crate at night but will also curl up at the foot of your bed if that's your thing. She is a very trainable, healthy girl who is ready to find a adopter!
