Oscar is a 13 pound Rat terrier/JRT maybe even Chihuahua mix young adult small breed. He is a great little guy with small body frame and long legs who loves to run around and play with his dog friends. He currently is fostered with Tiny Timmy, Bella, Saru and Bennie and they love to play chase.
Oscar is a docil, safe little guy who would do well in a home with well behaved children or a home with working adopters as he is a calm little guy and loves to roll in a tiny little ball and snuggle up in his bed waiting patiently for your arrival, as long of course, as you are going to be rewarding him with many daily walks or hours of fun and play in the yard.
Oscar is great around dogs and can be a little growly if the other dogs try to take his food or treats but a quick "oscar" will fix that and he will compose himself. He does well with large and small dogs and lives with cats. He could be a little barky if he is left home alone outside of his crate or in the yard but otherwise he is very quiet and not a barker, although we have seen a completely different behavior to him at adoption events were he will bark at dogs or people passing by while he is in his little adoption corral BUT don't be fulled he is completely different at home.
He is also very food oriented and easy to train as he loves to please people and is very silly, playful cuddle bug.
