Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Rey is approximately a 2 year old Aussie/Shep mix whose currently looking for a new home as his current owners can no longer keep him. Rey is with a foster mom in San Diego and is doing very well.

Rey's foster mom has this to say about him: " Rey is a 48lb mellow yet active dog. He is quiet and mellow around the house BUT as soon as he hears his little squeaky toy his favorite is his toy left behind by his previous owners he perks up and acts silly and runs around playing with the toys. He also likes to sleep on the porch, so he doesn't want to be far from the home entrance because he knows that's were I am. He has no separation anxiety and does very well inside his crate. He also is surrounded by kitties and doesn't mind them at all. He is currently leaving with a foster puppy. Rey is a handsome loving gentle guy and would be a GREAT first canine companion for first time dog owners or someone who likes the 'bigger' dogs without the 'extra' energy/strength."

Rey is healthy, neutered, microchipped and UTD on all medical aspects. If you would like to meet with him please call or email to set up a play date. Thanks!
