Cesar is a 2 year old Poodle mix. He likes to come up to while wagging his tail and to receive pets happily. He does tend to lose focus at times, but he just needs his person to guide him through this new and happier world. He does great with other dogs as long as they don't try to dominate him for which he will let them know that he does not appreciate it. Cesar is not aggressive, but just trying to let other dogs know that they are not practicing social behavior. He loves his sociable doggy pals, but we do not know how he does around cats. He is mostly quiet, but will tend to get uneasy when he sees dogs that he does not know. He rides fantastically in the car, minds himself very well in the yard, and is just an excellent fellow.
