Meet Grizzly!
This handsome and very sweet boy was rescued off the streets of Tijuana at the end of March. He was just your typical street dog that was friendly with people and mingled about with other dogs looking for food, as he was a regular in his community. A family fed him daily, but the family moved away and his resource for food was gone with them. ARWOB was asked for help and we took him in.
As of 4/08/22 Grizzly is in San Diego. He spent a couple days in a foster home and we found out he is great in his crate, is a patient boy, and is well behaved. He did well on the introduction with some of the ARWOB dogs, but being that he is currently intact, we didn’t have him meet many. He was fine with cats at the early state, but now we are not sure if he is good with cats, as he seems to be a little focused on them. He never shows any aggression, but we would say he would do best in a home without cats. He is mellow, but ready to play and be active when needed. He has now been fully vetted, but we have no foster home for this guy as of 4/11. Therefore, he will be boarding until we can find a foster or adopter for this sweetheart of a dog. He would be a great family dog, as he is good with children and people all around.
Grizzly is very grateful and a total sweetheart who loves to love humans.
