Meet Molly!
Here is what Molly's foster family has to say:
"Molly is such a chill, laidback girl that absolutely loves water! She likes to play in water and swim in water. She is brave and takes risks, but approaches other dogs with caution. She is amazing with small children and other people. She is truly the best sidekick. She just wants to be by your side and is content laying close to you. She loves to get kisses and scratched on her back. Molly has been through so much and deserves the most loving, loyal family because she will definitely give all of her love and loyalty in return."
ORIGINAL RESCUE STORY:
Molly was rescued from the streets of Ensenada, Mexico. She is mostly a German Shepherd Dog mix with possibly some Labrador Retriever as well.
Molly is a fully vaccinated pup and is approximately 25 pounds and approximately 4 months old, so we believe she will likely be in the 50–70-pound range when full grown. PLEASE only apply to adopt if you understand large breeds and have approval from your landlord for the size and breed. This puppy is adorable both physically and behaviorally. She is great with dogs, cats, and kids. Molly is currently being fostered in Alpine with a foster family who has dogs and 2 little human foster brothers in the 7-9 year age range. She will need typical dog training and house training and she currently is being crate trained.
Please submit an application to adopt online and we will call or email you to follow up either the same day or within 72hrs.
Molly can meet potential adopters as soon as 8/5/21. If all goes well with her meet and greet, she can potentially go home that SAME DAY. However, she will be sterilized in the 92109 area of San Diego on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. The spay surgery is already included in her adoption fee. This means priority will given to local area applicants. This will ensure they are able to take Molly to the pre-scheduled surgery appointment and then pick her up at the end of the day after surgery. Please do NOT submit an application if you do not live in the San Diego area. If you would like to adopt and live outside of San Diego area, you are welcome to wait until her sterilization surgery has been completed to see if she is still available at that time (please note that we do not place holds on any of our rescues).
If you are interested in this adorable pup, please complete an online application at www.arwob.org. Don’t wait!
