Meet Rosie!
Rosie was rescued from the streets of Tijuana in April and Arwob was able to take her in so that shis beautiful young girl can find the forever home of her dreams.

Rosie is a very petite girl who was rescued from the streets of Tijuana on 4/10/21. She is shy at first, but comes out of her shell and enjoys cuddles and being petted. She is very affectionate and loves to lie on top of you if you are laying in bed or on the floor watching TV or reading. Rosie is very active and gets the "crazies" a few times a day. She loves her toys and especially likes if you play with her, but if you are busy, she will entertain herself by playing with her various toys. Rosie lives with a large, mellow cat friendly dog and she is fine with the dog and curious about her. Sometimes she likes to play with the dog's tail so if you have a dog, you'll need one that will not get angry if Rosie thinks their tail is a toy! Rosie is very sweet natured and loves people, especially women. She took a little bit longer to get used to her foster father, but after he spent time with her and pet and played with her, she got used to him too and now they are friends! Rosie really likes her kitty condo and will take naps on it once she is tired out from her playtime.
Would you like to meet and possibly adopt beautiful girl with the expressive eyes? First, submit a cat adoption application online for review. A volunteer will call you to finish processing your application and, if approved to adopt, we can schedule an actual meet and greet to interact with these kittos at our cat adoption center located at the PetSmart in Clairemont where the foster parent will bring them for you to meet.
Meet and greets can happen pretty quickly as long as applicants can gather all the items from our adoption check list and have them ready. ARWOB does NOT place HOLDS on rescues, so please, only submit an application to adopt if you are READY to adopt within 2-7 days of submitting the application. Typically, the same day of meet and greet (assuming interaction goes well) is the same day of adoption to avoid multiple meetings.
IF a team member doesn't contact you within 72hrs of submitting an application, please follow up with us via email or phone call, otherwise, it may be overseen.
Priority will be given to adopters who have another cat living in the home. If you are considering adopting and do not already have another animal at home, please consider adopting another kitten, teen, or adult as well. Kittens are very cat oriented. As with all young kittens, these kiddos would be much too lonely without a companion when you are not home. This way they will have another kitty to play and cuddle up with when you are not with them, and, as an added bonus, they will double your pleasure and fun as well!
