To make the most out of your time, we suggest you SUBMIT an adoption APPLICATION BEFORE an adoption event.

Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Meet Trick!

UPDATE 1/20/21: Here is what Trick's foster mom has to say about him:

"Trick is a sweet playful boy that loves his sister Magic. They play, sleep and eat together. He likes chasing toy mice or something dangling. He talks a lot so we have conversations but I’m not sure he’s getting his point across. Probably something like “treats please“ or “got toys?” Trick likes to sit on our laps or chest and take naps. He comes running to us when we arrive home or enter the room he’s in. "

ORIGINAL RESCUE STORY:

Trick and his sister Magic were rescued together from the streets of Ensenada Mexico. He is incredibly outgoing and playful. He is extremely social and easy going, which means he is good with dogs, cats, and kids! We will provide more information about his personality as we learn more from his foster family.

Priority will be given to adopters who have another cat living in the home. If you are considering adopting and do not already have another animal at home, please consider adopting another ARWOB kitten, teen, or adult as well. Kittens are very cat oriented. As with all young kitties, Trick would be much too lonely without a companion when you are not home. This way he will have another kitty to play and cuddle up with when you are not with him. As an added bonus, having two will double your pleasure and fun as well!
