Meet Itzzy!
Note: We are giving priority to applicants who are willing to adopt immediately (we are not offering a foster-to-adopt trial for Itzzy). Itzzy will be spayed on Wednesday, November 11, 2020.
Itzzy is full grown and we think she is a Shih Tzu, Llasa Apso, Havanese, Poodle mix. We will hopefully have a more definitive answer about her mix breed soon. She has specific grooming requirements that can be expensive, so we want her potential adopter to know about this grooming expense for this type of breed. She is a very loving dog and really enjoys playing with her toys and balls. She has lived with cats and other smaller dogs. She does great with kids, dogs, and cats! She is a pretty energetic girl, who goes potty outside in the yard, but is not really leash trained yet. She is doing well with her house training, but her ideal adopter will need to be aware that her training will need to continue. She will need crate training (if her adopter chooses to do so), as well as leash training. She does really well during car rides.
