Little Topper was found in the streets of Tijuana Mexico in late september.
He is currently fostered with a family in San Diego with one of the best dog behaviorists in San Diego. We are not sure how we/topper where so lucky to have him under excellent guidance and his comments are as follow:
"Great little pup, one of the best we've ever had. Just FYI he's going to need an active enrionment. Needs exercise adn to be around people and/or other dogs. Extremely social, and very smart. Without a job or physical activities in a home, he may struggle. He might even make a good detector/search dog"
He is crate trained and working on house training. Great with people and dogs.
