Please review our Adoption Process before filling out an application.  If you would like to try a Foster to Adopt trial, please fill out an Adoption Application. 

If you are only interested in temporarily Fostering one of our rescues, please fill out a Foster Application.

 

Scotch was rescued from the streets of ensenada as a stray running around between traffic. He is being fostered by a couple who live in ensenada along with their dogs. He is friendly, moderate energy he Can be active and calm, loves attention and he does have a bit of resource guarding of his food around the other dogs ei they need to be fed separate according to his fosters. 

He has met children and likes their attention but never lived in home with kids, he did meet a couple cats and did well on introductio but has never lived in a home with cats. We would love to find a foster family in San Diego to learn more about him like going for walks and leash behavior, car rides, getting to go out and about into the world. We know he enjoys playing with dogs but he can be will need a few minutes with certain dogs upon initial greet, usually during an on leash meet vs off leash.
