Check the animal attendance the morning before the event to confirm attendance of a particular rescue. In addition, please check the up-to-date animals attendance list 1 HOUR BEFORE an event to know if the dog or cat you want to meet is still attending.

Also remember to review important event information BEFORE attending.

Carmen and her crew of 5 ( 1 boy/4 girls) were rescued by one of our volunteers who is visiting Guadalajara Mexico and encountered this poor dog in the streets who had just given birth to 5 pups. She took them to her home and has been carring for them through the month of August. The pups will be arriving san diego via flight 9/9 and we need to find a foster family for the pups who have now turned 2 months of age and eating well on their own. They have not been sterilzied so we are looking for foster or foster to adopt families who can be ready to start as soon as 9/10

The pups are BIG so we think dad was a larger breed shepherd. Carmen has been an amazing mom and a medium size GSD who has been an excellent guest and minding the home life well. We don't have much to report about her as she has been nursing her pups and nothing else. Like all strays everything will be new to her like walking on the leash, car rides, etc.

The pups will likely grow up to be in the 50-70lb range when full grown.
